Meet Caila
Meet Caila, founder of Find Your Way Financial. She offers services in business consulting, bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable, and more, always with a people-first approach and a deep commitment to helping her clients. Caila’s experience across a range of administrative roles, including office management, administrative assistance, accounts receivable, and even dental billing, has built a strong and versatile foundation for the expertise she brings to her clients today.
When she’s not streamlining operations or empowering entrepreneurs, you’ll find her baking in the kitchen, making those around her laugh, or spending time with her dogs. She’s a fan of strong whiskey, stronger spreadsheets, and community connections that make business feel personal. If you’ve ever wished your business consultant had the soul of a genuine collaborator, the funny bone of a coworker with the best one-liners, and the precision of an auditor, congratulations: you’ve found her!
Why work with Caila?
“My consulting style is rooted in listening to understand, not just to respond. I believe that one-size-fits-all solutions often fall short of what small businesses truly deserve. Instead, I choose to explore thoughtful, customized strategies that deliver sustainable results aligned with each of my client’s goals. Not sure where to begin, or wondering if we’ll be a good fit? Book a 30-minute complimentary consultation with me. Let’s build greatness together!”
About the Company
So, where did the name Find Your Way Financial come from anyway?
Born and raised in Concord, NH, Caila grew up watching her dad, Cecil, prepare taxes and assist clients with their personal finances at the family’s kitchen table. It was a quiet side project, often stretching late into the evening, not driven by profit, but by his genuine care and kindness. His clients weren’t just numbers; they were neighbors, friends, and people he truly wanted to help.
When Cecil passed away in 2018, Caila felt a spark to continue the path he had started. After several years working for other employers, she decided to venture out on her own and Find Your Way Financial was born. The name comes from a phrase her dad lovingly used to encourage his kids to forge their own paths in life. It reflects both her personal journey and the mission of the business: to help others navigate their financial lives with clarity, compassion, and a little bit of elbow grease.
Find Your Way Financial is a tribute to Cecil’s legacy, built on dedication to clients, caring service, and the belief that everyone deserves a clear path forward.
